Kira: I was able to grab a pretty cool ROM hack that's like the original Gold, but with a Crystal version with the prototype sprites and cries.
Douno is the baby form of Doduo, which evolves into Doduo at level 16.
Minicorn, I'm unsure but I'm sure it's the baby form of Ponyta, though it's weird as Minicorn is a Normal-type. Okay yes, it is the baby form of Ponyta, evolves into Ponyta at level 20.
Puddi is the baby form of Growlithe, unsure what level it'll evolve at, haven't caught one in the yet.
Trifox is the baby form of Vulpix, unsure what level it'll evolve at, haven't found one in the wild yet.
Pidgey and Pidgeotto use their generation 1 sprites, as I believe they'd be called "place holder" sprites, as they didn't make new sprites for them yet, same with Nidoran M. I think Nidoran F uses her Yellow sprite or is using a beta sprite, or her actual G/S/C sprite.
Parasy is the baby form of Paras.
Galoppy is the baby form of Goldeen.
Grimey is the baby form of Grimer.
Tangel is the baby form of Tangela.
